SURROUNDINGS

Camping Masia Sadernes it's located at Alta Garrotxa's doors. From where you can walk through the valley, or follow the river all the way up to the sensational Gorg Blau, or hike around its mountains where caves, hermitages, cliffs and peaks are hidden. You can choose which hike fits better on you depending on your level and skills.

Because of it's location, Camping Masia Sadernes it's an exellent base camp for climbers, The closest crags are only 30 minutes walking from the campsite. Because of the different orientations of all crags, you can climb in Sadernes all year round. There are crags which are perfect for begginers and at the same time you can find routes and crags for the most experienced ones,

We are close to Costa Brava and Pyrenees. Besalú, Castellfollit de la Roca, Beget, Santa Pau and Olot only 30 minutes by car. Figueres and Girona only 45 minutes by car.

Bassegoda is the highest peaks of our region, it goes up to 1.373 meters high. You will easily recognise it because of it's pointy shape.

The route to Sant Aniol d'Aguja starts from the campsite, and it's about 7,5km from Sadernes. Once you get there, it's worth it to reach "el Gorg Blau" and "el Salt del Brull"

Sadernes offers us more than 20 different wallls for climbing all year around with routes for begginers and for the most experienced ones (From III to 8c+).
